Privacy

This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. Last updated October 21, 2026. See also our Terms of Use.

What we don't collect

This site has no accounts, sign-up forms, newsletter, chat, or advertising pixels. We don't ask for your name, email, or date of birth.

Adults only

This site is intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Age confirmation

When you confirm you're 21 or older, your browser stores a small note for the current browsing session so you aren't asked again on every page. It stays on your device and is cleared when the session ends.

Technical data

• Our hosting provider processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Ordering and ID

Order Online takes you to Dutchie, which handles any order details you provide under its own privacy policy. In store, ID is checked as required by New York State law. Get Directions opens Google Maps, which has its own policy.
